She picks out such lovely postcards, doesn't she? I used to have a massive postcard collection on my wall, and any of these would have made valued additions to it.

You had a postcard collection, too? All throughout college my dorm walls were covered with them. I bought most of them myself, though, which is not as cool as getting them in the mail. And yes, P/H did a great job picking them. I love the foreign stamps, too.

Yay! I had so much fun choosing them & trying to pick images that reminded me of you all. I have a big postcard collection as well, that I'm preparing to put up on my campus office wall when I redecorate later this summer.

Oh. my. god. Rana, were we separated at birth? I also kept my college dorm wall covered in postcards. In fact, I spent most of my first day of college meticulously arranging the postcards on the wall. The psych professor dad of one of my roommates told her later that it was "the most interesting coping mechanism" that he'd ever seen.

I have one photo of that wall in an album somewhere -- I'll have to post it on Flickr for your viewing pleasure...
