Cat Magnet

What is it with me? First there was TNC cruising in and out of my apartment every day. Now another of my neighbor's cats (different neighbor) is sitting outside my screen door, wailing at me in a horrible hoarse voice. I'd be flattered, if it weren't so gol-durned annoying!

Comments

Well, you were just defenestrated by that former company of yours, falling out the window and through multiple layers of clerestories and skylights, to land with an oomphph in the kitty litter... cats gathering around seems somehow matter of course after that, no, Bastet?

*grin*

I have to say I don't mind kitty attention in itself, especially as I'm currently cat-less. In fact, I'd be happy to let this cat in as a way to stop its yowlping if I could be assured that it would behave itself. But this cat is not as reliable as TNC; it made motions to spray last time I let it inside. Not acceptable. So now I pet it when it's outside, but then it wants to come in too!

Oooh, unspayed? Augh. (Rant deleted for space reasons.)

Are you in heat?

Really, that's the only explanation.

Um... as best I know, this is a spayed female cat. I think it's just weird.

Cats of a whisker and all that...
